How to connect my Google Drive folder to Astiga

Navigate to the Storage Setup page: https://play.asti.ga/setup/choose-storage. If you’re not already logged in, you’ll be prompted to sign in to your Astiga account. This guide walks you through the main configuration points, using WebDAV as the storage protool and DDNS (or a static IP) as a way of naming your NAS so Astiga can connect to it. WebDAV is a technology that allows one computer to manage and list files and folders on another computer.

Connecting to a Google Drive shared folder

It is possible to connect Astiga to a folder that has been shared with you, by a different user, in Google Drive. First, make a note of the folder’s ID. To find this, in the Google Drive Web UI, click on the folder and copy the ID to the right of folders/ in the URL: Follow the usual steps to add a Google Drive account. After choosing Google Drive and authenticating and authorising the request with Google, you will be returned to the Configure storage page.
